Anne Arundel County Department of AgingThe Department of Aging offers county residence age of 59 free meals at subsidized housing sites and senior centers. During this rotation, I was able to visit 6 of the 23 sites where meals are provided and give nutrition education at the Annapolis Senior Center

DC Central KitchenThe DC Central Kitchen is a model food bank that works to reduce hunger through recycling food, offering culinary training programs, serving health meals in schools and fighting to change the urban food system.

SustainabilityThe University of Maryland's Sustainability team welcomed us to explore the steps they are taking to make campus more sustainable. This rotiation included contributing to the UMD Terp Farm, Campus Farmer's Market and Sustainability Guide.

Food Supplement Nutrition EducationThis organizations provides nutrition education to aid Supplemental Nutrition Assistant Program (SNAP) households and those eligible SNAP. At this rotation I was able to experience nutrition education at schools, farmer's markets and food pantries.

DaVita Dialysis ClinicDaVita is a world wide dialysis company with 2,382 locations across the Unites States, 162 locations outside of the US and approximately 189,400 patients. During this rotations, I was able to expand my knowledge of renal nutrition at a clinic in Baltimore City, Maryland.

Collingswood Nursing & Rehabilitation CenterCollingswood is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with a memory care unit and in-house dialysis center. During this rotation I was able to gain experience with geriatric and renal nutrition care.
